APPLICATION FORM FOR ADMISSION TO THE SPANISH ASSOCIATION OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS IN OZONE THERAPY (AEPROMO)
To AEPROMO may belong – regardless of their nationality – physicians, dentists, veterinarians, other professionals with an interest in ozone therapy and commercial companies partly or wholly dedicated to the ozonetherapy.
PHYSICIANS, DENTISTS AND VETERINARIANS
If you are a physician, dentist or veterinarian we invite you to join AEPROMO with the same rights and duties that all members have. AEPROMO enrollment fee: 250 € that is paid only once. Then on February 28 of each year pay the annual fee of € 130. Please, all bank commissions caused by this payment must be borne by the applicant.

OTHER PROFESSIONALS INTERESTED IN OZONE THERAPY
If you are not a physician or a dentist or a veterinarian but you are a professional interested in ozonetherapy or have contributed to its development, we invite you to join AEPROMO with the status of “observer.” AEPROMO enrollment fee: 250 € that is paid only once. Then on February 28 of each year pay the annual fee of € 130. Please, all bank commissions caused by this payment must be borne by the applicant.

COMMERCIAL COMPANIES
A company wholly or partly dedicated to ozonetherapy is invited to join AEPROMO with the status of “observer.”AEPROMO enrollment fee: 250 € that is paid only once.
