Since its foundation in 2011 (14 years ago) “Ozone Therapy Global Journal” (previously “Revista Española de Ozonoterapia”) has been published uninterruptedly in English and Spanish by AEPROMO.
Before: Totally free access to the journal. Anyone had totally free access to all issues and published articles, without any restrictions; and the papers sent to the journal were published at no cost to the author.
Furthermore, the director, members of the Editorial Committee and Reviewers of the journal work for free. AEPROMO covers the costs of indexing, layout, computer equipment, website, hosting and advertising.
From now on: Non-members of AEPROMO will have to pay minimum prices to access the journal. Starting with issue No. 14, No. 1., 2024, the editors have been forced to implement a new economic policy to continue publishing the journal.
The income obtained will be used to cover, even if only partially, the annual costs of publication. The detailed reasons for the journal’s new economic policy can be read in the editorial of volume 14 (2024): “Challenges for the journal to continue being published.”
The financial support of the journal’s readers is essential to allow the journal to continue publishing uninterruptedly, as we have been doing for 14 years. We trust that this will be the case!
