The new SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and official document of ISCO3 (International Scientific Committee of Ozone Therapy) was drafted by its president, Dr. Adriana Schwartz (Spain), and member Dr. Mikhail J. Artamonov (USA).

True to its objective of working globally “Towards the Unification of Criteria in the Practice of Ozone Therapy,” since its founding in 2010, ISCO3 has issued (a) four updated editions of the “Madrid Declaration on Ozone Therapy”, https://isco3.org/producto/dm4englishdigital/ and (2) more than 50 SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), in human medicine, dentistry and veterinary medicine.

All committee documents are issued in English (the official language of ISCO3). A significant number of them are translated into Spanish, and some into other languages. The Madrid Declaration on Ozone Therapy is published in at least 10 languages.
ISCO3 members are elected every five years, based on nominations submitted by healthcare professionals worldwide. The term of office for current members runs from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029.
The committee members do not represent any ozone therapy associations or business companies; they represent themselves exclusively.
All committee members perform their activities entirely “ad-honorem”.
The committee’s only economic income comes from the annual dues paid by its members and from the profits obtained from the sale of the Madrid Declaration on Ozone Therapy. ISCO3 does not receive any public or private subsidies.
The current president of ISCO3 is Dr. Adriana Schwartz, from Spain. Its headquarters is in Madrid (Spain), and it is registered and regulated in accordance with Spanish law.
