The coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) is seriously affecting people’s health and its direct consequences can be seen in the different areas of our daily activities, including those carried out with great effort and dedication by AEPROMO.
With the approval by the Government of the Kingdom of Spain of the “Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declaring the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19”

In addition to the above, more than 60 countries have already prohibited the entry of Spanish travelers or require them to be quarantined. This logically makes it impossible for foreign professionals who were going to participate in the congress to be able to travel.

In accordance with government decisions that are binding, we are forced to make the decision to postpone the holding of our 6th International Aepromo Congress, the launch of the 3rd. edition of the Madrid Declaration on Ozone Therapy that ISCO3 would do within the framework of our congress, and the pre-congress course, events that had been scheduled for June 4 and 5, 2020 in Madrid.
The number of registered for the 6th congress foreshadowed a very high number of participation; and for the pre-congress course we were close to hanging the “full capacity” banner.
AEPROMO was doing everything necessary to carry out the events scheduled for June 4 and 5, 2020 in accordance with the high organizational and academic standards that the association has been carrying out since its foundation in 2008. Objectives that remain intact for the new scheduled dates.

AEPROMO will hold the 6th congress, the launch of the Madrid Declaration on Ozone Therapy on Friday September 18, 2020 at the Royal National Academy of Medicine of Spain, Madrid (Spain); and the pre-congress course on Thursday September 17, 2020 at the Garcilaso Clínica (Madrid).
Return policy
On the AEPROMO website it is stipulated that the 100€ paid by a person to reserve a place for the congress and / or the course, are not returned. However, given the current exceptional situation, all registrants who inform us that they will not participate in the activities of September 17 and 18 will be refunded all of what they have paid, including the 100€ reservation. For returns, the same channel through which the payment would have been made will be used as far as possible.
Registrants who will not participate in September, if they wish, may leave the money credited to the AEPROMO account, so that it can be used by the registrant for the subsequent purchase of any product offered by the association.
Those registered who confirm that they are going to participate in September the money will be kept in the AEPROMO account to be used only for the purpose for which it entered the account.
This exceptional return policy applies only to people who are currently registered for the congress and / or course. To new registrants AEPROMO will apply the non-return policy of € 100 to reserve a place.
AEPROMO will do everything possible to maintain the same prices already stipulated for the September congress and pre-congress course. They will only be modified if, for reasons beyond AEPROMO, we are forced to increase them.
For organizational purposes, those already registered must inform AEPROMO of their decision no later than June 30, 2020.
