Currently there is a bill that was presented in the Senate of the Republic (April 27, 2021) so that ozone therapy is included in article 79 of the General Health Law of the Mexican Republic.

Bills on ozone therapy are being processed in the following six states: Morelos, Quintana Roo, Baja California, Sonora, Hidalgo and Campeche. In the latter, the project was presented on June 1, 2021.
